Parking

Park on Grove Park Road, Pendennis Park Road, Trelawney Road or Montrose Park Road.

Parking is free. There is no permit zone, no meter and no time limit, so there is nothing to buy and no app to download. Arrive five minutes before your appointment and you will not need longer than that.


Cycling

Bring your bike inside. There is an entrance lobby with room for it, so it does not sit locked to a railing while you are face down on the table and cannot check on it.


What happens in a session

Very light contact about the weight of a 20p coin held still rather than worked over the body. You stay fully clothed and nothing is pushed or manipulated. There is a fuller description of what a session involves, and where the name comes from, on the craniosacral therapy page.
