Appointments range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, so you can select the length that best suits your schedule and your needs. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to you, blending techniques where needed to support your body and nervous system.
Mid-week Wellbeing Offer. Wednesday and Friday offer between 7am and 5pm.

90 minutes allows enough time to look at your body as a whole without anything feeling rushed. You can choose to incorporate a combination of massage techniques, dry needling, acupuncture, and Craniosacral Therapy, or focus more deeply on one specific area and therapy. Every session is fully personalised to you.

At the start of your appointment we will discuss what you would like from your 2-hour session. This appointment can include a combination of massage techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, acupuncture and dry needling. Two hours is a wonderful amount of time to allow your body to truly relax and unwind.
