Workplace Massage & Wellbeing
Workplace massage gives employees dedicated time away from their desk or working environment to relax, ease everyday muscular tension and reset before returning to their day.
Whether you're planning a one-off wellbeing day, rewarding your team or looking to introduce regular workplace treatments, you can choose from 20, 30 or 60-minute appointments depending on your team size, budget and how much treatment time you would like each employee to receive.
Treatment days are flexible and can be arranged around the working hours of your business.

20-Minute Chair Massage
Ideal for larger teams and workplace wellbeing days
Each employee receives a 20-minute appointment:
15 minutes of hands-on treatment
5 minutes for a quick health check-in, getting comfortable and changeover
Treatments take place using a specialist massage chair and can focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms and hands.
Chair massage can be carried out fully clothed, making it quick and convenient during the working day.
If preferred, massage directly onto the skin can also be offered with appropriate towel coverage.
Half Day — £250
Up to 10 employees
£25 per person
Full Day — £400
Up to 20 employees
£20 per person
Twenty 20-minute appointments provide 6 hours 40 minutes of appointment time.
This fits comfortably within a typical 9am–5pm day, allowing time for two 15-minute breaks, a 30-minute lunch and a little flexibility for small overruns.
30-Minute Back Massage
More hands-on time while still treating a larger team
Each employee receives a 30-minute lying-down treatment:
25 minutes of hands-on back massage
5 minutes to briefly go through their health form, discuss any areas of concern, get comfortable and change over
Treatments are carried out on a massage table with appropriate towel coverage and can focus on areas such as the back, shoulders and neck.
Half Day — £280
Up to 8 employees
£35 per person
Full Day — £420
Up to 14 employees
£30 per person
Fourteen 30-minute appointments provide 7 hours of appointment time.
With two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, this fits into an 8-hour treatment day, such as 9am–5pm.
60-Minute Individual Treatment
A longer, more personalised treatment
Ideal for employees who would benefit from a more comprehensive and individual treatment.
Each employee receives a 60-minute appointment, including approximately:
50–55 minutes of hands-on treatment
5–10 minutes for consultation and changeover
The consultation time allows us to briefly go through the employee's health form, discuss how they are feeling and what they would like from their treatment, get ready and change over for the next appointment.
The exact split may vary slightly depending on how much consultation an individual requires.
The longer appointment allows time for a full-body massage or a more focused treatment depending on the employee's individual needs.
Depending on what is appropriate, treatments may incorporate soft tissue massage, sports or deep tissue techniques, relaxing massage, trigger-point work, myofascial techniques, METs and assisted stretching.
Half Day — £260
Up to 4 employees
£65 per person
Full Day — £480
Up to 8 employees
£60 per person
Eight 60-minute appointments provide 8 hours of appointment time.
To also allow for appropriate practitioner breaks, including two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, this option requires approximately 9 hours in total.
For example, the treatment day could run 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm or another agreed schedule that works for your workplace.
Flexible Start & Finish Times
A typical workplace wellbeing day may run around 9am–5pm, but these hours are not fixed.
Treatment days can start earlier or finish later where needed, and the exact schedule can be discussed in advance to make the day work for your business.
Appointments can begin from approximately 7:30am, or the treatment day can run later into the afternoon or evening depending on your team's working hours.
This can be particularly useful for:
Early starters
Shift workers
Teams with staggered working hours
Businesses operating outside standard office hours
Employees who would prefer treatment before or after their shift
The final timetable will be agreed beforehand based on the appointment length, number of employees and working patterns of your team.
For full treatment days, appropriate practitioner breaks will be built into the schedule, normally including two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break.
I will arrive before the first appointment to set up so treatments can begin at the agreed start time.
Half-Day Workplace Massage
Half days are ideal for smaller teams, morning or afternoon wellbeing events, or businesses wanting to trial workplace massage before booking a full day.
Choose from:
10 × 20-minute Chair Massages — £250
£25 per employee
8 × 30-minute Back Massages — £280
£35 per employee
4 × 60-minute Individual Treatments — £260
£65 per employee
Start and finish times can be arranged around your workplace rather than being restricted to set morning or afternoon hours.
For the 30 and 60-minute options, the appointments themselves provide 4 hours of treatment time, so set-up, pack-down and any additional breaks will be arranged around the treatment schedule.
Who Pays for Workplace Massage?
There are several ways to make workplace massage work within your company's wellbeing budget.
Fully Company Funded
The business covers the full cost, allowing employees to enjoy their treatment at no cost to them.
Company Subsidised
The company contributes towards each treatment and the employee pays the remaining balance.
For example, your business may decide to contribute £10, £15 or £20 per employee.
Employee Funded
The business provides the treatment space and employees book and pay for their own appointments.
For employee-funded or subsidised treatment clinics, appointments must be pre-booked in advance so the treatment day can be planned around demand.
This allows the final treatment hours to be arranged around the appointments that have actually been booked and helps the day run efficiently for both the business and employees.
Why Offer Massage at Work?
Workplace massage is a practical employee wellbeing benefit that can be enjoyed during the working day.
Massage may help to:
Ease everyday muscular tension and stiffness
Relax commonly tight areas such as the neck, shoulders and back
Give employees meaningful time away from screens and workstations
Encourage relaxation and provide a sense of reset
Support people who sit, stand, drive or perform repetitive work for long periods
Encourage greater awareness of posture, movement and muscular tension
Give employees a positive wellbeing experience without needing to travel to a clinic
It can also be a tangible way for a business to show employees that their wellbeing is valued.
Employees can enjoy their treatment at work without having to travel elsewhere or use their evening or weekend to fit an appointment in.
What Do You Need to Provide?
I bring the massage chair or treatment table, towels and treatment equipment required for the day.
The workplace simply needs to provide a suitable private or semi-private treatment space with enough room for treatments to take place safely and comfortably.
Parking & Travel
As I will be travelling with treatment equipment, I ask that a free parking space is provided at or very close to the workplace for the duration of the booking.
Additional travel costs may apply depending on the location of the business.
Any additional travel, unavoidable parking or Clean Air Zone charges will always be discussed and agreed before your booking.
