Sometimes the best treatment is the one you don’t have to travel for.

Well Health Therapy can come directly to your home, holiday accommodation or suitable venue, bringing everything needed for your treatment with me.

Mobile massage is ideal if you’re busy, working from home, struggling to travel, looking after children, organising a group event, or simply want to relax afterwards without having to get back in the car.

Choose the length of time and we can decide together what your body needs on the day.

Depending on your needs, treatments can include soft tissue massage, sports and deep tissue techniques, relaxing massage, Indian head massage, trigger point work, myofascial techniques, METs and assisted stretching.

Individual Mobile Massage

For treatments in the comfort of your own home.

60 minutes — £100

Perfect for a focused treatment or a full-body massage.

90 minutes — £150

Ideal if you would like more time to work on several areas or combine different treatment styles.

120 minutes — £180

Plenty of time for a longer full-body treatment, problem areas and relaxation without feeling rushed.

Minimum individual mobile booking: £100.

I bring the massage table, towels and treatment equipment with me. You simply need to provide a warm, suitable space with enough room for me to work safely around the treatment table.

And possibly the best part?

No drive home afterwards.

Mobile Massage for Small Groups

Want to book treatments together?

Perfect for friends, family, weekends away, small celebrations or simply having a relaxing day together.

1–3 people — £70 per person

Each person receives their own 60-minute treatment.

4–8 people — £50 per person

Each person receives their own 60-minute treatment.

Every treatment can be tailored individually, so not everyone in the group needs to have the same type of massage.

One person might want a relaxing treatment while another wants more focused work on their back, shoulders or legs.

I bring the treatment table, towels and equipment — you provide the space and I take care of the rest.

Minimum small-group booking value: £140.

Large Groups, Hen Parties & Events

Planning a hen party, birthday, retreat, wellbeing event or larger get-together?

For bigger groups, shorter treatments are available so everyone can enjoy some time to relax.

You can choose between two options:

Chair Massage — £20 per person

20-minute appointment

Approximately 15 minutes of hands-on treatment, with around 5 minutes for a quick check-in, getting comfortable and changeover.

Chair massage is carried out fully clothed and can focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders, upper back, head, arms and hands.

It’s a great option for larger groups as treatments are quick, easy and require very little preparation.

Lying-Down Back Massage — £30 per person

30-minute appointment

Approximately 25 minutes of hands-on back massage, with around 5 minutes for getting comfortable and changeover.

This treatment is carried out lying down on the massage table and allows a little more time to work into the back, shoulders and surrounding areas.

Appropriate towel coverage is used throughout the treatment.

This is a lovely option for hen parties, weekends away and events where guests would like something a little more substantial than chair massage.

Minimum large-group or event booking value: £200.

How Mobile Massage Works

I arrive with the equipment needed for your treatment and set everything up at your home or venue.

Before beginning, we’ll have a quick consultation to discuss how you’re feeling, any injuries or health considerations and what you would like from your treatment.

Your massage is then tailored around you.

For group bookings, treatments take place one after another, allowing each person their own dedicated appointment.

Minimum Booking Values

To cover travel, set-up, equipment and the time involved in bringing Well Health Therapy directly to you, minimum booking values apply:

Individual mobile massage — £100 minimum

Small group bookings — £140 minimum

Large groups & events — £200 minimum

These minimums refer to the treatment booking value and do not include any additional travel, parking or Clean Air Zone charges that may apply.

Where Do You Travel?

Mobile treatments are available around Brislington and the surrounding Bristol area.

My standard mobile area is approximately 3 miles from Brislington. If you're further away, please get in touch — I may still be able to come to you.

Additional charges may apply for:

Travel outside my usual area
Paid parking
Clean Air Zone charges where applicable

Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed before your booking.

Where possible, I ask that free parking is available at or very close to the property or venue, particularly as I will be carrying treatment equipment.

What Space Do I Need?

You don't need a huge room.

A living room, bedroom or other warm and private space usually works perfectly, as long as there is enough room for the massage table and for me to move safely around it.

For larger group or chair-massage bookings, we can discuss the best setup for your venue beforehand.
