A little bit about me

In 2017, I qualified as a Soft Tissue Massage Therapist from the esteemed London School of Sports Massage, obtaining a BTEC Level 5 certification as well as Indian head massage, pregnancy massage and trigger point therapy and am working toward increasing my qualifications in cranial-sacral therapy and acupuncture.

I discovered my passion for soft tissue massage therapy at a young age, and it has been a driving force in my life ever since. As an avid runner, I experienced the debilitating pain of shin splints at 13 years old. One solution was surgery but first I sought the help of a skilled massage therapist who not only alleviated my pain but also empowered me to conquer marathons and embrace endurance activities with joy.

I have worked with clients of all ages and abilities, including individuals with limited mobility to those struggling with back problems. I believe in tailoring my approach to each individual, recognising that no two bodies are alike. By adopting a person-centered approach to soft tissue massage therapy, I ensure that every client receives the personalised care they deserve. If you are suffering from aches and pains let me see if I can help you. Alternatively, you can take time for yourself and book a relaxing massage to recharge your energy and well-being.
